Can an Evangelical Christian Justifiably Deny God's Exhaustive Knowledge of the Future?

David Basinger

Can a Christian who believes the Bible to be the authoritative Word of God deny that God knows all that will take place in the future? In this essay David Basinger argues that a believer with a high view of Scripture can justifiably maintain that God does not possess exhaustive knowledge of all that will occur. Mr. Basinger teaches philosophy at Roberts Wesleyan College in Rochester, NY.
