A View From the Inside: Reflections of a Christian Multiculturalist

Bobby Fong

In response to Stephen Davis' anchor essay, Bobby Fong distinguishes between multiculturalism and relativism, argues that recognition of cultural differences does not mean balkanization of people according to differences, discusses higher education admissions and hiring policies, and advocates Christians cooperating with non-Christians in the achievement of a multicultural agenda. A guest editor for this theme issue, Dr. Fong is Dean of the Faculty and Professor of English at Hamilton College, Clinton, NY.
