Alan G. Padgett discusses the relationship between theology and the sciences, arguing that it is possible to integrate both in a broad Christian worldview. He explores the example of thermodynamics and the Christian view of time as one illustration of the dialogue between theology and science, concluding that large-scale explanations of reality are the place where theology and the sciences can best be integrated. Mr. Padgett is Professor of Theology and Philosophy of Science at Azusa Pacific University.
