In this essay, Dominic Manganiello gives extensive treatment to Lewis's objections to Blake's antinomian ethics, as dramatized in The Great Divorce, and to his critique of the Romantic poet's reading of Dante. Mr. Manganiello teaches English literature at the University of Ottawa.
